本文论述了师专学报与地方文化的互动关系,认为这种互动关系有益于文化的融通和双边的发展,有利于社会进步和国民素质的提高。作者强调指出,在二者有意味的互动中师专学报应同时具有超越地方文化观念的意识,方能保持高层次的学术品格,更为有效地观照地方文化。
This paper discusses the interactive relationship between teachers’ college journals and local culture, believing that this interactive relationship is conducive to cultural compatibility and bilateral development, is conducive to social progress and improvement of national qualities. The author emphasizes that the interaction of the two should have the consciousness of transcending the local culture in order to maintain a high-level academic character and to more effectively observe the local culture.
