新的教育理念认为:学生是具有独特个性的人;学生是具有发展潜能的人;学生是具有创新精神的人。多元智能理论也认为,每个人都具有获得成功的智慧和潜能,都是可以培养、可以教育、可以造就的。作为教师,应该充分尊重每个学生的智能特点,坚信每个学生都有广阔的发展空间,都有很大的发展潜能。因此,我们要创造适合每一个学生发展的教育,让教育去适应每一个学生,而不是让学生去适应教育。一、树立学生是独特个体的学生观加德纳曾说:“每个孩子都是一个潜在的天才儿童,只是经常表现为不同的形式”。智能是多元,对于每个人来说都是独特的、出色的。学生与生俱来就不相同,他们没有相同的心理倾向,没有完全相同的思维方式,有的只是自己独特的认知方式、学习类型和学习方式。由此,教师要善于“不拘一格看学生”。要树立积极乐观的学生观,相信每一个学生,了解学生的个性,尊重每一个学生
