据报道,采用新鲜尿液比浓缩尿液作蛋白电泳测定,其结果较好,区带清晰。本试验采用肿瘤病人化疗后新鲜尿液作测定,同时测定了正常人血清及尿液和已知肾炎病人尿液的蛋白电泳以作对照。我们测定50例肿瘤病人,其中肺癌15人,肝癌5人,胃癌5人。恶性淋巴瘤3人,食管癌4人,直肠癌4人,乳腺癌3人,卵巢癌4人,其它癌7人,对其50例肿瘤病人使用的化疗药物与剂量列表如下: 正常人血清可分为A、α_1、α_2、β、15条区带,所测定的肾炎病人尿液中尿蛋白定性为卅-卌者均可示现以上5区条带,正常人尿液无区带出现。经过我们对50例化疗病人尿液蛋白电泳的测定均正常无区带出现。
According to reports, using fresh urine to concentrate urine for protein electrophoresis measurements, the results are better and the bands are clear. In this study, the fresh urine of cancer patients after chemotherapy was used for the determination. At the same time, the protein electrophoresis of normal human serum and urine and the urine of patients with known nephritis was determined as a control. We measured 50 patients with cancer, including 15 patients with lung cancer, 5 with liver cancer, and 5 with gastric cancer. There are 3 malignant lymphomas, 4 esophageal cancers, 4 rectal cancers, 3 breast cancers, 4 ovarian cancers, and 7 other cancers. The list of chemotherapy drugs and dosages used for 50 tumor patients are as follows: Divided into A, α_1, α_2, β, and 15 bands, the urinary protein in the urine of patients with nephritis was determined to be 卅-卌. All of them can be shown in the above 5 zones. Normal urine has no zone. After our analysis of urinary protein electrophoresis in 50 patients with chemotherapy, no zone appeared.
