对于弧齿锥齿轮铣刀盘的直径,历来都是根据格里森公司所推荐的数据和公式进行选取的。但该公司对其设计原理未作进一步的介绍,这样就限制了刀具的使用范围。本文主要论述根据不同的加工要求和目的进行选择弧齿锥齿轮铣刀盘的直径问题。一、双面切削法中的最大铣刀盘半径当按格里森推荐的刀盘数据上限选择铣刀盘半径时,可能有刀盘半径选择过大的问题,因而造成小轮切削状态不良。如图1所示。W_(ip)是小轮小端的齿槽宽;W_(ep)是大端齿槽宽。当刀盘半径选择过大时,W_(ip)<1/2(W_(ep)),
