用放射配基结合分析和放射免疫分析,测定连续激发大鼠哮喘和加味六君子汤治疗后不同时间肺组织β-肾上腺素能受体(β-AR)结合位点和cAMP含量。激发哮喘第3天起,模型组肺内β-AR和cAMP均低于正常组,加味六君子汤和必可酮可上调哮喘大鼠肺内β-AR和cAMP,在第7天表现更明显。
Radioligand binding assay and radioimmunoassay were used to determine β-AR binding sites and cAMP levels in lung tissue at different times after continuous administration of rat asthma and Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction. On the 3rd day after the onset of asthma, the β-AR and cAMP in the lungs of the model group were lower than those in the normal group. Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction and Biconcodone can up-regulate β-AR and cAMP in the lungs of asthmatic rats, showing more obvious on the 7th day. .
