本研究选择了动态法中的横向振动法,通过共振频率数计算出动态弹性漠量,然后与用相同敞小负荷应力进行的静态单向拉冲所求得的弹性模量作比较进行研究。其次,对粗大片状石墨铸铁这一类低弹性模量材料,根据动态法测定的结果对应力和应变之间的关系进行了考察。另外,通过运动方程式,对片状石墨铸铁横向振动试片,在二端自由支持情况下的线性振动波形和变形分布进行了研究。
In this study, we choose the transverse vibration method in the dynamic method to calculate the dynamic elastic modulus by the resonant frequency, and then compare with the elastic modulus obtained by static uniaxial tension drawing with the same open load. Secondly, the relationship between stress and strain was investigated based on the results of the dynamic method for the low modulus of elasticity of flaky graphite cast iron. In addition, through the equation of motion, the linear vibration waveforms and deformation distributions of flake graphite cast iron transverse vibration specimen under free-end support were studied.
