采用7个田间表现不同抗菌核病的油菜品种,在室内条件下,采用子囊孢子离体叶片接种法,对生长在不同光照和不同温度条件下的植株幼苗进行了油菜苗期抗菌核病测定。结果表明:离体叶片子囊孢子接种鉴定,是室内苗期油菜菌核病抗性鉴定和抗源筛选的一种可靠方法。生长在不同条件下的正常植株及同一植株的第一、二、三、四片真叶均可用于油菜菌核病抗性测定,品种间抗菌核病能力、抗感品种叶片上病斑的长度及其发展速度均具有明显差异。
Seven varieties of rape cultivars with different antibacterial spores were used in the field. Under in-house conditions, ascospores were inoculated by in vitro leaf inoculation method to determine the antibacterial activity of rapeseed at seedling stage under different light and temperatures. The results showed that the identification of in vitro ascospore inoculation was a reliable method to identify sclerotinia sclerotiorum in seedling stage and resistance screening in laboratory. The first, second, third and fourth leaves of normal plants grown under different conditions and the same plant can be used for the determination of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum resistance, the ability of antibacterial nuclear disease among varieties, the length of the lesion on the resistant varieties And its speed of development have obvious differences.
