亦署弓者,1967年生于辽宁兴城。《中国书画》杂志副主编、中国书法家协会篆刻专业委员会委员。在第四届全国中青年书法篆刻家作品展中获“优秀作品奖”,在第五届全国书法篆刻展中获“全国奖”。曾发表十余万字的学术论文及创作随笔。著有《中国高等书法教育》、《张弓者篆刻选》、《张公者书法篆刻作品精选》。
