四、NMOS集成运放的基本子线路在这一讲中,我们将对现代NMOS集成运放所采用的各种基本子线路的工作原理及设计特点作扼要的介绍。所谓的基本子线路,通常包括电压增益级(反相器)、电流源、源耦对、差模-单端变换器、电平移动器以及源随器等单元电路。了解并熟悉这些单元电路将为进一步理解NMOS集成运放电路奠定基础。前曾指出,从根本上说,NMOS集成运放的分析与设计必须借助于计算机辅助设计的途径才能得到解决。但这不等于说人工的手算分析方法已经全然无用

Before that, basically, the analysis and design of NMOS integrated operational amplifier must be solved by means of computer aided design. But this does not mean that the manual method of hand analysis is totally useless
