主井装载硐室工程是建井一期工程中较为重要的重点工程之一,施工工艺较为复杂,作业难度较大。长城窝堡矿井所处井田范围内,地质条件比较复杂,多构造,岩性松散,节理发育,围岩坚固性等级为f﹤3,岩性结构强度低,极易离层脱落。在硐室断面较大,所处围岩特征较恶劣的情况下,选择合理的支护形式,是决定施工安全,施工速度,确保工程质量的重要因素。为此,通过多个方案对比,决定采用锚网喷、锚索与桁架混凝土的联合支护。
The main shaft loading chamber project is one of the more important key projects in the first phase of well construction. The construction technology is more complex and the operation is more difficult. Within the scope of the well field where the Greatwall Worcester Mine is located, the geological conditions are complicated, multi-structure, loose lithology and joint development. The rock solidity grade is f <3, and the lithology structure is low in strength and easily detached from the layer. In the case of larger chamber cross section and poor surrounding rock characteristics, choosing a suitable form of support is an important factor that determines the construction safety and construction speed and ensures the project quality. To this end, through a number of programs contrast, decided to use anchor net spray, anchor cable and truss joint support.
