热轧带肋钢筋时的轧制力,迄今尚无成熟的计算方法,一般按S.艾克龙得经验公式计算[1]。本文通过实测,得出该公式的计算值与稳定轧制时轧制力实测值的相对误差范围,以及咬入轧件时与抛出轧件时的瞬时冲击力P1、P2与稳定轧制时轧制力的比值范围。此外,根据实测轧制力波形图,建立了机座系统阻尼比C和P1的计算方法。P1的计算值与实测值符合较好。
Rolling force when hot-rolled ribbed bar, so far no mature method of calculation, generally press S. Ackron’s empirical formula is calculated [1]. In this paper, we get the relative error range between the calculated value of the formula and the measured value of the rolling force during steady rolling, and the instantaneous impact force P1, P2 when rolling into the rolling material and the rolling force when rolling steadily Rolling force ratio range. In addition, according to the measured rolling force waveform, the method of calculating the damping ratio C and P1 of the base system is established. The calculated value of P1 is in good agreement with the measured value.
