良好的企业市场营销管理是一个企业创新发展的关键。所谓市场营销管理,就是指在推广企业产品时,要通过不断的分析市场的需求,继而建立符合市场需求的营销方案,通过采取一定的措施和手段,达到交换盈利的目的,这样的一种管理控制方式,就是市场营销管理,其核心就是需求管理。那么如何把握市场需求,并将这种需求转换成有利于企业产品营销的手段呢?本文针对这一问题,提出了敏捷性营销管理模式的概念,并对其结构方案设计进行了论述,并指出了实施敏捷性营销模式时应该注意的问题。
