一种基于光纤技术的压电超声系统在节能设备损伤检测中得到了快速的发展,比如在节能设备锅炉中的无损检测应用技术,这种超声波的产生是以压电致动器为指导前提。电站和工厂生产用的锅炉由于长期处于高温、高压、高速、高负荷的工作状态下,极易损坏从而导致安全事故发生。为此在锅炉的设计、制造、安装、使用和维修过程中应对其进行无损检测,保证其处于安全生产的环境中,不仅能增加锅炉的使用寿命还能有效减少意外事故的发生概率。
A kind of piezoelectric ultrasonic system based on optical fiber technology has been developed rapidly in energy-saving equipment damage detection, such as non-destructive testing in energy-saving equipment boilers. This ultrasonic wave is based on piezoelectric actuators. Due to long-term high temperature, high pressure, high speed and high load working condition, boilers used in power plants and factories can easily be damaged and lead to safety accidents. For this reason, the nondestructive testing of the boiler should be carried out in the design, manufacture, installation, use and maintenance of the boiler to ensure that it is in an environment of safe production, which can not only increase the service life of the boiler but also effectively reduce the probability of accidents.
