我国法定药物乙酰苯胺、非那西丁、盐酸普鲁卡因及非法定药物苯佐卡因,都是药工同志们常遇到的药物,目前尚没有法定的含量测定方法。一般多採用提取称量法分析,但操作繁复,应用不变,为此我们利用这些药物本身或水解以后具有的芳伯氨基,用重氮化法以对二甲氨基苯甲醛作为指示剂,进行了测定试验,结果较好,可以推广应用。现将实验方法与实验结果介绍于后,以供参考。
