目的 检验新的抗荷动作—— HP与 PHP动作的抗荷效果。 方法 HP动作由两部分构成 ,第 1部分为全身肌肉根据 + Gz大小进行用力收缩 ;第 2部分为 2 .5 s1个周期的呼吸部分 ,即在 0 .5 s内以口快吸气 ,同时发出汉语拼音“H”,再通过半闭的双唇用力进行慢呼气 2 .0 s,同时发出汉语拼音“P”。 PHP是在抗荷正压呼吸条件下做的 HP动作。测试对象为 2 0名飞行员和 10名志愿者。在离心机上测定 10名飞行员采用 KH-7抗荷服与 HP动作的抗荷耐力 ,另外 10名飞行员采用KH-7抗荷服与 L-1动作时的抗荷耐力作对照。在离心机上测定 10名志愿者采用 KH-5抗荷服、抗荷正压呼吸装备和做 PHP动作时的 + Gz耐力。 结果 分别采用 HP动作、L -1动作的两组飞行员的抗荷耐力均可达到 8G 10 s,但采用 HP动作时心率、呼吸率显著低于 L -1动作 (P<0 .0 5 )。志愿者采用装备做 PHP动作的抗荷耐力均达到了 9G 10 s,且完成得比较轻松。 结论 HP、PHP动作具有良好的抗荷效果 ,心脏负荷较小 ,而且飞行员易于理解、掌握 ,易与抗荷正压呼吸结合
Aim To test the new anti-charge action - anti-charge effect of HP and PHP action. Method HP consists of two parts, the first part of the whole body muscles forced contraction according to the size of the + Gz; the second part of the respiratory cycle for 2.5 s1 cycles, that is, oral breathing in 0.5 s, and at the same time Hanyu pinyin “H” is issued, and then slowly exhaled through the semi-closed lips for 2.0 seconds, with the pinyin “P”. PHP is a HP action that is done under positive pressure respiration. The test subjects were 20 pilots and 10 volunteers. In the centrifuge, 10 pilots were tested for anti-endurance using KH-7 anti-Dutch suit and HP action, and 10 pilots using KH-7 anti-Dutch suit as anti-Dutch endurance for L-1 action. Ten volunteers were tested on a centrifuge using a KH-5 anti-body suit, a positive anti-stress breathing apparatus, and a + Gz endurance when doing PHP action. Results The resistance and endurance of both pilots using HP and L-1 can reach 8G 10 s respectively. However, the heart rate and respiration rate of HP pilots were significantly lower than that of L -1 (P <0.05). Volunteers used equipment to do PHP action anti-Dutch endurance have reached 9G 10 s, and to complete more easily. Conclusion HP and PHP movements have a good anti-load effect, heart load is small, and the pilots are easy to understand, master, easy to combine with anti-pressure positive pressure breathing
