继四川、贵州、湖南等省较早前推进财政支农资金股权化改革后,今年以来,重庆市出台政策,全面推进财政专项扶贫补助资金股权化改革试点,通过扶贫资金配股入社,建立贫困人口产业发展利益联结机制,以分红的方式确保贫困户始终有收益。目前,重庆市已在武隆、黔江、万州等8个区县选定29个项目进行扶贫资金股权化改革试点,规划投资1.8亿元,预计将带动1.5万户贫困户稳定
