柑桔红蜘蛛危害一直是世界柑桔生产上的突出问题,我省在1964年以前仅有零星地区发生。由于广泛应用有机氯防治柑桔虫害,红蜘蛛逐渐严重。20年来我省柑桔区先后推广了内吸磷(1059等)、三氯杀螨醇和三氯杀螨砜等药剂防治,由于药剂种类少,连续单纯使用一种药剂,对发育期短,年世代数多的红蜘蛛,使用3~5年即产生抗药性。因此对病虫种类多的柑桔要做好红蜘蛛的防治,当前除积极探索以保护与利用天敌的防治以外,还要结合使用选择性农药(不伤害天敌的药剂)和农业技术措施的综合治理,才能彻底收效。为此必须不断筛选出更多的新杀螨剂,以供轮换使用,缓和虫害产生抗性,这是当前比较有效的控制
