棉花“洞 A”雄性不育小孢子败育与蛋白质代谢关系的研究——不育株和可育株花药内氨基酸含量的比较分析

用日立—835型氨基酸测定仪,测定棉花“洞 A”不育株和可育株小孢子发育各时期游离氨基酸及蛋白质水解液中氨基酸含量及其变化情况表明:不育花药的游离氨基酸含量在花粉母细胞时期至四分孢子时期就有了明显的变化,由四分孢子时期至单核前期为变化的高峰期。不育花药的游离氨基酸总含量,从花粉母细胞时期至单核前期是随发育进程不断增高,水解蛋白液中总氨基酸含量在相应时期内的变化则是不断降低,且结合态氨基酸较之可育花药也是一下降趋势,游离氨含量又有一急剧增高的变化。据此,可认为不育花药中蛋白质进行破坏性的分解与败育有密切关系。结果还表明;脯氨酸的变化与育性密切相关,在可育各时期中远高于不育,确可作为育性的指标。 Using amino acid analyzer Hitachi-835 to determine the contents of amino acids and their changes in the free amino acids and protein hydrolyzates of cotton “Cave A” sterile and fertile microspores at different growth stages, the results showed that the content of free amino acids in sterile anthers was Pollen mother cell period to quadruple spore period has obvious changes, from the tetanospores to mononuclear pre-change peak. The total content of free amino acids in sterile anthers increased from the stage of pollen mother cells to the early stage of mononuclear growth and the total amino acid content in hydrolyzed protein solution decreased continuously in the corresponding period, Fertilizers are also a downward trend, there is a sharp increase in free ammonia content changes. Accordingly, it can be considered that the desaturated decomposition and abortion of proteins in sterile anthers are closely related. The results also showed that proline changes and fertility are closely related to fertile in each period far higher than the sterile, indeed as an indicator of fertility.
