目的:观察加味会厌逐瘀汤合vitalstim吞咽障碍治疗仪治疗急性脑卒中吞咽障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例急性脑卒中吞咽障碍患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用加味会厌逐瘀汤合vitalstim吞咽障碍治疗仪及吞咽康复训练和西药治疗,对照组30例仅采用吞咽康复训练及西药治疗,21d为1疗程,观察藤岛一郎吞咽疗效评价得分变化情况。结果:治疗后两组患者藤岛一郎评价得分均比治疗前显著提高,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),而两组间比较,治疗组比对照组的得分及临床疗效显著提高,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味会厌逐瘀汤合vitalstim吞咽障碍治疗仪能明显改善脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的吞咽能力。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Modified Huiyu Zhuyu Decoction combined with vitalstim dysphagia therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of swallowing disorders in acute stroke. Methods: Sixty patients with dysphagia of acute stroke were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Modified Huiyu Zhuyu Decoction and Vitalstim Swallowing Disability Instrument and swallowing rehabilitation training and western medicine. The control group of 30 patients received swallowing rehabilitation training And Western medicine treatment, 21d for a course of treatment, observed Ichiro Fujishima swallowing efficacy evaluation score changes. Results: The score of Ichiro Fujishima assessment in both groups after treatment was significantly higher than that before treatment (P <0.01). However, the score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group The difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Modified Huiyu Zhuyu Decoction combined with vitalstim dysphagia device can significantly improve the swallowing ability of patients with stroke dysphagia.
