目的 :检测P53、c_erb_B2、Bcl_2在原发性肺癌中的表达 ,探讨其表达的临床意义和相互之间的关系。方法 :采用LSAB法检测 99例原发性肺癌中三种癌蛋白的表达情况 ,并分析三者表达的相关性及与肺癌的临床因素的相关性。结果 :99例原发性肺癌中有 54例P53蛋白呈细胞核阳性表达 (54.5% ) ;非小细胞肺癌中P53的表达在≥ 50岁组明显高于 <50岁组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且与Be1_2的表达相关 (P <0 .0 5) ;c_erb_B2在肺腺癌中的表达显著高于鳞癌 (P <0 .0 0 5)和小细胞癌 (P <0 .0 0 5) ;肺小细胞肺癌中Bcl_2的表达高于肺鳞癌 (P <0 .0 5)和肺腺癌 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :c_erb_B2、Bcl_2的表达与肺癌的组织学类型有关 ;P53的表达与年龄有关 ,而与性别、淋巴结的转移无关。
Objective: To detect the expression of P53, c_erb_B2 and Bcl_2 in primary lung cancer and to explore the clinical significance and the relationship between them. Methods: The expression of three oncoproteins in 99 cases of primary lung cancer was detected by LSAB method. The correlation between the three expressions and the clinical factors of lung cancer were analyzed. Results: The positive expression of P53 protein was found in 54 of 99 primary lung carcinomas (54.5%). The expression of P53 in non-small cell lung cancer was significantly higher than that in patients aged> 50 years (P <0.01) ), And correlated with the expression of Be1_2 (P <0.05). The expression of c_erb_B2 in lung adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05) and small cell carcinoma (P <0.05) 5). The expression of Bcl_2 in SCLC was higher than that in SCC (P <0.05) and lung adenocarcinoma (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expressions of c_erb_B2 and Bcl_2 are related to the histological types of lung cancer. The expression of P53 is related to age, but not to the gender and lymph node metastasis.
