在超长混凝土连续结构中,为避免施工期间结构出现收缩裂缝,工程中普遍根据规范要求设置后浇带。但为方便施工,通常不临时截断横穿后浇带的结构配筋,这些横穿钢筋约束了后浇带宽度变化,使其控制结构收缩裂缝的效能明显降低。根据受力平衡与变形协调原理,本文对导致混凝土后浇带失效的横穿钢筋最小配筋率ρs,min进行了研究,推导出与后浇带宽度及间距相关的ρs,min计算式,给出了计算例题、ρs,min数值表和实用设计建议。
In the long concrete continuous structure, in order to avoid shrinkage cracks during the construction of the structure, the project generally set according to the requirements of the post-pouring tape.
