[目的]设计建立2 t/h草甘膦铵盐干燥系统。[方法]通过小试试验选择旋转闪蒸与旋流相结合的组合干燥工艺用于草甘膦铵盐的干燥。对旋转闪蒸干燥机和旋流干燥机进行设计计算,确定主要的结构参数。[结果]运行结果表明:分别选取操作气速3.5、1.5 m/s,排气温度60、80℃,对旋转闪蒸干燥机和旋流干燥机进行设计是合理的,系统操作方便,能耗较低,达到了设计目标。[结论]该组合干燥工艺适合干燥过程中易结块、产品湿含量要求较低粉粒状物料的干燥。
[Objective] To design a 2 t / h glyphosate ammonium salt drying system. [Method] A combination of spin-flash and swirl combination drying process was selected for dry glyphosate ammonium salt through a pilot test.
