目的 :探讨粉防己碱在急性缺血性肾损伤中的作用及与细胞凋亡的关系。方法 :在钳夹双侧肾蒂 45min致大鼠急性缺血性肾损伤模型的基础上 ,采用肾组织切片HE染色、肾组织DNA片段分析及原位末端转移酶标记法等技术 ,定性、定量分析了急性缺血性肾损伤时肾小管上皮细胞的凋亡现象。结果 :急性缺血性肾损伤时 ,肾小管上皮细胞的凋亡现象明显增加 ;粉防己碱对急性缺血性肾损伤具有保护作用 ,能够明显降低受损肾小管的细胞凋亡水平。结论 :急性缺血性肾损伤时 ,中药粉防己碱能够调节肾小管上皮细胞的凋亡水平 ,以减轻肾组织的损伤
Objective: To investigate the role of tetrandrine in acute ischemic renal injury and its relationship with apoptosis. Methods: Based on the model of acute ischemic kidney injury induced by clamping of bilateral renal pedicles 45min, the renal tissue sections were stained with hematoxylin-eosin (HE), DNA fragment of renal tissue and in situ terminal transferase labeling were used to qualitative and quantitative The apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells during acute ischemic renal injury was analyzed. Results: The apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells was significantly increased after acute ischemic renal injury. Tetrandrine had a protective effect on acute ischemic renal injury, which could significantly reduce the level of apoptosis in injured renal tubules. Conclusion: Tetrandrine can regulate the apoptosis of renal tubular epithelial cells in acute ischemic renal injury and reduce the damage of renal tissue
