达能集团建立于1966年,是位居法国第一、欧洲第三的食品集团。其下属达能饼干公司,由上海达能饼干有限公司和江门达能饼干公司组成。 在达能将其先进的管理理念和方法带进中国市场时,也面临着如何适应政策规定和市场需求的问题,因而人力资源管理和薪资福利本土化势在必行。达能饼干公司经过多次的考核和筛选,最终选择了施特伟公司的HRplus~(R)作为其人力资源管理软件,并且最终实现了企业的实际需求。
Danone Group was established in 1966, is ranked first in France, Europe's third largest food group. Its subordinate Danone biscuit company, from Shanghai Danone biscuit Co., Ltd. and Jiangmen Danone biscuit company. When Danone brought its advanced management concepts and methods into the Chinese market, it also faced the problems of how to adapt to policy requirements and market demands. Therefore, human resources management and localization of salary and benefits are imperative. Danone biscuit company after several tests and screening, and ultimately chose Stewart's HRplus ~ (R) as its human resources management software, and ultimately realized the actual needs of enterprises.
