新课程呼唤和谐的师生关系。和谐师生关系是指师生关系的一种和谐大于冲突的师生间良性积极互动状态。和谐师生关系的基本特征是民主平等,真诚互信,尊重理解,愉悦合作,教学相长。和谐师生关系中的师生在人格上是平等的,在交往活动中是民主的,在相处的氛围上是愉悦的。和谐师生关系的核心是师生心理相容,心灵的互相接纳,形成师生至爱的、真挚的情感关系。和谐师生关系的宗旨是本着学生自主性精神,使学生的人格得到充分发展。和谐师生关系体现在学生与教师相互尊重、合作、信任中
