当前,企业矛盾纠纷愈发突出,成为影响城市社会稳定和企业改革发展的热点和难点。为进一步摸清莱芜市企业矛盾纠纷的现状、原因,探索有效的解决途径,最近,我们以座谈、问卷、走访等形式,就企业矛盾纠纷情况进行了调研。 一、当前企业矛盾纠纷主要表现为企业内部纠纷 从调查看,企业纠纷主要是物质利益纠纷、劳动关系纠纷、干群矛盾纠纷和生产生活纠纷等内部纠纷,在整体上呈现上升趋势,而且易激化、处理难度大。 (一)职工物质利益纠纷。这是当前企业矛盾的焦点所在。其根源是职工应得利益未落实,引发职工不满情绪。主要表现为
