从托幼机构选择54名1岁半至3岁半的幼儿分为三组对比观察多维奶粉和全脂奶粉的营养效果。多维组和全脂组幼儿分别每日加食海河牌多维奶粉和海河牌全脂奶粉70g。第三组为对照组,只摄取普通膳食,不另加食奶粉。本观察共进行三个月。实验后多维组和全脂组的体重增长比值,上臂围增长值和三头肌皮褶厚度增长值显著高于对照组,但多维组与全脂组之间无显著差別。实验后多维组血红蛋白浓度平均增长了0.8g/100ml,面全脂组和对照组分別降低了0.53g/100ml和0.72g/100ml。实验结束时,多维组尿中硫胺素,N′-甲基尼克酰胺和抗坏血酸的排出量显著高于其他两组。提示多维奶粉对改善幼儿维生素和铁的营养状况有一定效果。
