校本课程开发平台引入学习对象的理念，采用了B／S三层体系结构，运用了ASP．NET技术和SQL Server数据库技术，实现了课程从创建到添加、编辑内容，再到审核、发布与管理等一系列功能，为校本课程资源的建设提供了一个简易、规范的开发平台，以提高资源建设的规范性和可重用性。
