森林中,树有大有小;沃野内,苗有良有莠;班级里,学生也是参差不齐。面对问题学生,如何不去转化、去感化,一直是班主任研究的课题,就多年的工作经验谈如下看法:一、差生的几种表现。1、学习差:和其他学生相比,成绩有很大的差距,听课收效低,习题会的少,作业完成有困难,一提学习就头疼,不提学习就精神;2、纪律差:自我约束能力弱,爱动好说,没养成良好的行为习惯。“遵纪守法”实在难,“违法乱规”寻常见:3、品质欠佳:说话爱有脏字,思想境界稍低,时有横眉瞪目,偶有打架斗殴。二、差生形成的原因。1、家庭原因。父母的教育方式不恰,简单粗暴,使孩子产生了逆反心理和行为;或者是单亲家庭,孩子缺少家长的关爱,孩子在内心里产生了孤独感、
