目的:研究秀雅杜鹃的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶色谱和聚酰胺色谱技术分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从秀雅杜鹃的乙酸乙酯部分分离鉴定了5个二氢黄酮类化合物,分别鉴定为(2R)-杜鹃素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1),(2R,3R)-(-)-二氢槲皮素-3-O-β-D-木糖苷(2),(2S,3S)-(-)-二氢槲皮素-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),北美圣草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(4),(2R,3R)-(+)-二氢槲皮素(5)。结论:除化合物5外,其余化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of elegant rhododendron. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel chromatography and polyamide chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results: Five dihydroflavonoids were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate fraction of Rhododendron simsii, and were identified as (2R) -reducedin -7-O-β-D-glucoside (1), (2R, 3R) (2), (2S, 3S) - (-) - dihydroquercetin-3-O-β-D-glucose Glycoside (3), North American holotoxin -7-O-β-D-glucoside (4), (2R, 3R) - (+) - dihydroquercetin (5). Conclusion: Except for compound 5, all other compounds were isolated from this genus for the first time.
