2005年是贯彻落实科学发展观、全面实现“十五”计划目标、衔接“十一五”发展的重要一年。新年伊始,本刊记者就秦皇岛市紧紧扭住农村教育这一重点工作不放,力促全市基础教育在较高水平上均衡化发展的新举措采访了秦皇岛市委教育工委书记、市教育局局长蔡运国。
