骨髓大量前B细胞中能最终发育成熟的不到5%.其中95%由于负选择机制的作用而清除,这种负选择有着非常重要的意义。B细胞的负选择可能发生在其发育过程的不同阶段,其表面分子的表达与负选择有密切关系。负选择的详细机制尚不完全清楚,目前常用转基因动物模型研究负选择。
Less than 5% of bone marrow pre-mature B cells eventually mature. 95% of them are eliminated due to the negative selection mechanism. This negative selection has very important significance. Negative selection of B cells may occur at different stages of its development, the expression of its surface molecules and negative selection are closely related. The detailed mechanism of negative selection is not yet fully understood. At present, transgenic animal models are commonly used to study negative selection.
