在欧洲,超高强度纤维增强混凝土UFC已实际用于工程,与一般混凝土比较,抗压强度为其7倍,达到200 MPa非常高的强度水平。由于添加了一定量的纤维,因而也具有很高的韧性。图1为现有混凝土技术不可能取得的既轻、薄又细长的构体组成的结构物,组成材料基体致密,耐久性优越。该项技术已用于机场轨道、桥梁构体以及作为衬板用于结构物维修加固等工程。
In Europe, ultra-high strength fiber reinforced concrete UFC has been actually used in engineering, compared with the general concrete, the compressive strength of its 7 times, reaching 200 MPa very high strength level. Due to the addition of a certain amount of fiber, it also has high toughness. Figure 1 shows the structure of light, thin and slender structure that can not be obtained by the existing concrete technology. The material of the composition is compact and has excellent durability. The technology has been used in the airport track, bridge structures and as a lining for structural maintenance and reinforcement projects.
