本文介绍了一种具有隔离台心结构的高频振动校准台。可用于校准加速度计及其它类型的振动换能器。它有一枚内装加速度计,可用来描绘加速度计的频率响应曲线。可作背对背法校准、插入电压法校准及互易法校准。可达力能度级为3.5牛顿。频率特性为200Hz至100KHz,误差在±0.5db之内。宽频无弹簧激励头系列频范为0～50KHz,推力2—10牛顿,控制偏差在±0.5db之内。
This paper presents a high-frequency vibration calibration station with an isolated platform structure. Can be used to calibrate accelerometers and other types of vibration transducers. It has a built-in accelerometer that can be used to characterize the accelerometer’s frequency response curve. Back-to-back method can be used for calibration, insert the voltage method of calibration and reciprocity method calibration. Reachability level of 3.5 Newtons. Frequency characteristics of 200Hz to 100KHz, the error within ± 0.5db. Broadband spring-less head frequency range is 0 ~ 50KHz, thrust 2-10 Newton, control deviation within ± 0.5db.
