目的探讨季节及年龄对兖矿集团煤矿职工脑出血患者发病的影响。方法对我院1999年1月至2013年12月期间经CT诊断的657例脑出血患者的发病季节及年龄进行回顾性分析。结果秋季为兖矿集团煤矿职工脑出血患者的高发期(P<0.01)。657例脑出血患者中60~69岁组发病人数最多。结论兖矿集团煤矿职工脑出血发病显示秋季为高收季节和以60~69岁组为高发年龄。
Objective To investigate the influence of season and age on the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage in coal mine workers in Yankuang Group. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the onset season and age of 657 cerebral hemorrhage patients diagnosed by CT in our hospital from January 1999 to December 2013. Results In autumn, Yankuang Coal Mine workers had a high incidence of cerebral hemorrhage (P <0.01). Among the 657 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, 60 to 69 were the most frequent. Conclusion The incidence of cerebral hemorrhage among coal mine workers in Yankuang Group shows that autumn is high season and high age is in group 60-69.
