对203例口腔颌面部感染患者进行厌氧菌分离培养,结果共分离出细菌1068株,需氧菌394株,厌氧菌9个属,49个种,共674株,细菌检出率100%,厌氧菌检出率98,03%,需、厌氧菌混合感染占95.07%。检出率较高的厌氧菌依次为拟杆菌属,消化链球菌属,放线菌属,真杆菌属,梭杆菌属等,以上菌属为口腔颌面部厌氧优势菌群中的优势菌,而且与口腔颌面部感染有密切关系。
A total of 203 strains of oral and maxillofacial infections were isolated from anaerobic bacteria. The results showed that 1068 bacteria, 394 aerobic bacteria, 9 anaerobic bacteria and 49 kinds of anaerobic bacteria were detected in 674 strains. The detection rate of bacteria was 100 %, The detection rate of anaerobic bacteria was 98,03%, and the proportion of anaerobe mixed infection was 95.07%. The anaerobic bacteria with higher detection rate followed by Bacteroides, Peptostreptococcus, Actinomyces, Eubacterium, Fusobacterium and so on, the above genus is superior to the anaerobic flora in oral and maxillofacial region Bacteria, but also with oral and maxillofacial infection are closely related.
