通过添加成核剂,不但明显改善均聚聚丙烯的光学性能,使聚丙烯的雾度下降80%,而且提高了增透PP的力学性能,并在某种程度上改善了其加工性能。为降低生产成本并进一步提高增透PP性能,研制了成核剂的复配体系。此成核剂的复配体系性能优于美国MILLAD3988。用其生产的透明聚丙烯TX30G的各项性能均达到合同指标。同时讨论了加工温度和基础树脂对透明聚丙烯光学性能的影响。
By adding a nucleating agent, the optical properties of the homopolypropylene are significantly improved, the haze of the polypropylene is reduced by 80%, the mechanical properties of the PP are improved, and the processing performance is improved to some extent. In order to reduce the production cost and further improve the anti-permeability PP performance, a nucleating agent complex system was developed. This nucleating agent compound system performance is better than the United States MILLAD3988. With its production of transparent polypropylene TX30G various properties have reached the contract index. The effects of processing temperature and base resin on the optical properties of transparent polypropylene were also discussed.
