病例介绍:男,34岁,已婚工人,初中文化。自述近年来性欲旺盛,虽每周两次房事仍不能满足,常以手淫补充,初用手,后借用工具——电线!就诊前又用电线插入尿道行性自慰,但这次却无法取出,因尿道疼痛、滴血而急诊就医。检查及处理:患者发育营养正常。焦虑痛苦面容,外生殖器发育正常。尿道口见一根1尺多长,淡黄色塑料电线(Φ=2.5mm)通入尿道。X 透视见膀胱内有线团状阴影。局麻下于耻骨上切开膀胱,用止血钳从中夹出一2m多长电线,同时剪去尿道外电线,缝合创口,全身用抗生素并给予有关性知识教育。
