定植于根管及牙周袋内的细菌是导致牙髓病、牙周病的主要致病因素,其致病成分脂多糖(lipopolysaccha-ride,LPS)在细胞内主要通过髓样分化因子88(myeloid differentiation factor 88,MyD88)依赖性信号转导途径诱导细胞产生炎症因子,引起炎症反应,导致组织炎性破坏。因此,研究口腔致病菌LPS在细胞内诱导细胞炎症反应的信号转导机制对于深入了解牙髓病和牙周病的发病机制具有重要意义。本文对口腔致病菌LPS诱导的MyD88依赖性信号转导途径相关机制加以综述。
The bacteria colonized in the root canal and periodontal pockets are the major causative agents of pulpontal disease and periodontal disease. The lipopolysaccharide (LPS), a pathogenic component of the disease, mainly passes through the myeloid differentiation factor 88 ( myeloid differentiation factor 88, MyD88) -dependent signal transduction pathway induces cells to produce inflammatory cytokines that cause inflammatory reactions leading to tissue inflammatory destruction. Therefore, to study the signal transduction mechanism of oral pathogenic bacteria LPS in inducing cellular inflammatory response is of great significance for understanding the pathogenesis of endodontic and periodontal diseases. This article reviews the mechanisms underlying MyD88-dependent signal transduction pathways induced by oral pathogens LPS.
