目的探讨氨苄西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗细菌性感染的疗效。方法对120例细菌感染性疾病(肠道感染、血液系统感染及其他系统感染)采用氨苄西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗的结果进行回顾性分析。结果疗程结束后,临床痊愈93例(78%),显效21例(18%),进步4例,无效2例,总有效率95%。致病菌清除率:治疗前分离到致病菌102株,其中产酶菌42株;治疗后清除93例,未清除5例,替换4例,无再感染者。产酶菌清除率为95%(40/42),结果致病菌清除率为91%(93/102)。不良反应:治疗过程中5例出现皮疹、瘙痒,其不良反应发生率为4%。结论氨苄西林钠舒巴坦钠治疗细菌感染性疾病疗效好,尤其是对由产酶菌引起的细菌感染性疾病疗效较佳,且不良反应少而轻,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of ampicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium in the treatment of bacterial infections. Methods A retrospective analysis of 120 cases of bacterial infectious diseases (intestinal infections, blood system infections and other systemic infections) with ampicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium was performed. Results After the course of treatment, 93 cases (78%) were clinically cured, 21 cases (18%) were markedly effective, 4 cases were improved, 2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 95%. Pathogenic bacteria clearance rate: Before the treatment, 102 pathogenic bacteria were isolated, of which 42 strains were enzyme producing bacteria; 93 cases were cleared after treatment, 5 cases were not cleared, 4 cases were replaced, and no re-infected persons were found. Enzyme-producing bacteria clearance rate was 95% (40/42), the results of pathogenic bacteria clearance rate was 91% (93/102). Adverse reactions: rash and pruritus occurred in 5 cases during the course of treatment, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 4%. Conclusion Ampicillin sodium and sulbactam sodium are effective in treating bacterial infectious diseases, especially for bacterial infectious diseases caused by enzyme-producing bacteria. The adverse reactions are few and light, which is worth popularizing and applying clinically.
