今年是马歇尔计划实施70周年。1947年7月启动的马歇尔计划孕育了延续至今的美欧跨大西洋经贸关系,也催生了三年之后浮出水面的“欧洲煤钢联营”。然而今年美国和欧盟都未举行正式的官方纪念活动,只有默克尔陪着已经直不起腰的基辛格于6月底在柏林露了面,显得颇有些冷清。时移世易,美欧紧密携手的时代似乎已经过去,双方关系的裂痕却逐渐加深,这在经济领域表现得尤为鲜明。价值理念层面:右翼保守主义与左翼
This year marks the 70th anniversary of Marshall’s plan. The Marshall Plan launched in July 1947 gave birth to the U.S.-Euro transatlantic economic and trade relations that have continued to this day and spawned a “European coal and steel joint venture” that surfaced three years later. However, neither the United States nor the European Union have officially held official commemorative activities this year. Only Kissinger, who has been standing straight up to Berlin in late June, appeared quite deserted with official official commemorative activities. It seems that the era of close cooperation between the United States and Europe has passed and that the rifts between the two sides have gradually deepened.
