目的以0.1mm层厚建立儿童头部标本薄层断面数据集。方法选择中国8岁男孩头颅一个,处于生长发育高峰前期,发育中等,无重大疾病及畸形。标本经过包埋、固定和冷冻30d后,在山东大学医学院断层影像解剖学研究中心实施数控铣切。铣切层厚:0.1mm;铣切环境:-13℃恒低温实验室。标本铣切完毕,使用佳能EOS-1DS MarkII数码相机进行图像采集。结果整个头部标本共获得图像2 150张,所有原始图像保存格式为RAW,每张图片约20.4MB,共42.87GB大小。再分别转换为PSD格式和JPG格式,用于更广泛的数据分享和交流。结论成功建立了中国儿童头部断层铣切解剖数据集,该数据集铣切层厚为0.1mm,可以为各种儿童头部相关研究提供解剖学基础。
Objective To establish a thin slice cross-sectional dataset of the head of a child with 0.1mm layer thickness. Methods The head of a Chinese 8-year-old boy was selected to be in the early stage of peak growth and development with moderate development without major diseases and deformities. After the specimens were embedded, fixed and frozen for 30 days, CNC milling was performed at the Medical Imaging Center of Tomography at Shandong University. Milling thickness: 0.1mm; Milling environment: -13 ℃ constant low temperature laboratory. Specimen milling is completed, the use of Canon EOS-1DS MarkII digital camera for image acquisition. Results A total of 2 150 images were obtained from the entire head specimen. All the original images were saved in RAW format, each with a size of about 20.4 MB and a total size of 42.87 GB. And then converted to PSD format and JPG format, for more extensive data sharing and exchange. Conclusion An anatomical data set of head mowing and mowing in Chinese children has been successfully established. The milled data of milled layer thickness is 0.1mm, which can provide anatomical basis for various head related studies in children.
