“民以食为天,食以安为先。”近年来,食品安全问题越来越受到社会的广泛关注,也受到政府的高度重视,一系列保障食品安全的法律、法规和措施相继出台。2006年11月1日《中华人民共和国农产品质量安全法》正式实施;2007年7月26日国务院公布并实施《国务院关于加强食品等产品安全监督管理的特别规定》;同年8月3日国务院成立了以吴仪副总理为组长的产品质量和食品安全领导小组;同年8月5日,国务院发布并实施了《关于加强产品和食品安全工作的通知》;同年8月17日,国务院发布了《中国食品质量安全状况》白皮书,指出要强化食品安全监管,建立健全食品召回制度。
In recent years, the issue of food safety has drawn more and more attention from the society and also received great attention from the government. A series of laws, regulations and measures to ensure food safety have followed Introduced.
