我国目前现行的公路造价定额及指标适用于内陆或近海环境下的工程项目,在编制外海工程造价时直接套用会产生一定偏差;同时外海环境下造价编制与常规项目相比也存在特殊性。如何在工程前期较为准确地把握工程造价水平,对以后工程实施有着重要意义。通过对国内已建的几座跨海大桥实际造价情况的调研,提出了外海工程造价编制的一般思路及要点,对今后同类项目造价编制有着重要的指导意义。
At present, the quotas and indicators of highway construction cost in our country are applicable to the projects in the inland or offshore environment. There will be some discrepancies in the application of offshore engineering costs. In the meantime, there are some particularities in cost setting in the offshore environment compared with the conventional projects. How to grasp the project cost level more accurately in the early stage of the project is of great significance to the future project implementation. Through the investigation of the actual cost of several cross-sea bridges built in China, the general ideas and key points of the cost of offshore engineering construction are put forward, which have important guiding significance for the future cost control of similar projects.
