级配碎石基层沥青混凝土路面非线性力学响应分析

为了明确级配碎石柔性基层沥青混凝土路面结构层位功能,就沥青混凝土面层厚度、级配碎石基层厚度和模量3个路面结构参数对级配碎石柔性基层沥青混凝土路面进行非线性力学响应分析,结果表明:面层厚度增大,基层最大剪应力降低,且面层厚度为9cm时面层剪应力最不利,12cm时面层层底拉应力最不利;基层厚度对基层剪应力影响不显著,且当基层厚度为30cm时,面层剪应力、层底拉应力均出现最小值;当增大基层模量时,面层最大剪应力、层底拉应力和基层最大剪应力均有不同程度降低。 In order to clarify the function of asphalt pavement structure gradation graded flexible graded base asphalt concrete pavement structure, asphalt concrete pavement thickness, graded crushed stone base thickness and modulus of three pavement structural parameters of graded graded flexible base asphalt concrete pavement nonlinearity Mechanical response analysis shows that the maximum shear stress decreases when the thickness of the surface layer increases and the maximum shear stress decreases. When the thickness of the surface layer is 9cm, the shear stress of the surface layer is the most unfavorable. The tensile stress at the bottom surface layer is the most unfavorable at 12cm. The effect of shear stress on the surface layer and the tensile stress on the bottom layer are all the minimum. When the base layer modulus is increased, the maximum shear stress, the tensile stress at the bottom layer and the maximum shear stress at the base layer There are different degrees of reduction.
