通过对河北省城市郊区农村农宅的实地调研,探讨“开源”和“节流”两种策略在节能型农村住宅建设中可运用的适用性技术手段,包括充分利用太阳能、生物质能和地热能等能源供应方式,和通过减小建筑体形系数、减小围护结构的传热系数、选用适宜的门窗设计以及减少建筑热桥来降低建筑能耗。
Based on the field investigation of rural houses in the suburbs of urban areas of Hebei Province, this paper discusses the applicable technical means that can be applied in the construction of energy-efficient rural houses by using two strategies of “open source” and “saving”, including making full use of solar energy, Material energy and geothermal energy supply, and reduce building energy consumption by reducing the building form factor, reducing the heat transfer coefficient of the envelope, selecting the appropriate design of windows and doors, and reducing the building thermal bridges.
