本文介绍了用有限单元法计算91型双圆弧齿轮凸弧单点啮合变形的方法。通过分析发现,齿轮的模数、螺旋角及齿轮材料的弹性模量是影响其受力后变形的主要因素。在数值计算的基础上,本文回归了计算圆弧齿轮凸弧单点啮合变形的公式。这有助于双圆弧齿轮的变形和振动分析。
In this paper, a method of calculating the single-point meshing deformation of 91 double circular arc gear with convex arc by finite element method is introduced. Through the analysis, it is found that the modulus of the gear, the helix angle and the modulus of elasticity of the gear material are the main factors that affect the deformation after being stressed. On the basis of numerical calculation, this paper regulates the formula for calculating single-point meshing deformation of circular arc gear arc. This contributes to the double arc gear deformation and vibration analysis.
