采用Al-Ti O2系熔体直接反应法制备Al-Ti-O复合细化剂,分析了半固态剪切时间和反应温度对Al-Ti O2系反应产物的影响,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜等方法观察分析了Al-Ti-O复合细化剂的物相组成及显微组织结构,并且与传统Al-5Ti中间合金细化效果对比。结果表明:熔体反应法制备的Al-Ti-O复合细化剂反应产物主要由Al3Ti和Al2O3颗粒组成,当半固态剪切时间为15 min、反应温度为900℃时,反应产物中Al3Ti为块状物,Al2O3为弥散分布的细小颗粒。新型Al-Ti-O复合细化剂对纯铝的细化效果明显优于Al-5Ti中间合金。
The Al-Ti-O composite refiner was prepared by Al-Ti O2 melt direct reaction method. The influence of the semi-solid shear time and reaction temperature on the reaction products of Al-Ti O2 was analyzed. By X-ray diffractometer, Electron microscope and other methods were observed and analyzed Al-Ti-O composite refiner phase composition and microstructure, and compared with the traditional Al-5Ti master alloy refining effect. The results show that the reaction product of Al-Ti-O composite refiner prepared by melt reaction is mainly composed of Al3Ti and Al2O3 particles. When the semi-solid shear time is 15 min and the reaction temperature is 900 ℃, the Al3Ti in the reaction product is Chunk, Al2O3 dispersed particles of fine particles. The refining effect of the new Al-Ti-O composite refining agent on pure aluminum is obviously better than that of Al-5Ti master alloy.
