中央广播电视大学自从1999年开始进行“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”以来,遇到的一个难题就是对“人才培养模式”的概念没有界定清楚。本文通过对普通高等教育“人才培养模式”的文献调研,分析研究,理论探索和多次研讨,尝试给现代远程开放教育人才培养模式下了一个定义,阐述了概念的内涵、和外延、提出了现代远程开放教育人才培养模式宏观理论模型,以对电大人才培养模式改革实践有所启示。
Since 1999, the Central Radio and Television University has carried out the “pilot program of personnel training mode reform and open education”, one of the difficulties encountered is that the concept of “personnel training mode” is not clearly defined. This paper tries to give a definition of modern distance and open education personnel training mode by expounding the literature research, analysis and research, theoretical exploration and several discussions on “talent training mode” of ordinary higher education, expounding the connotation and denotation of the concept, The macroscopic theoretical model of talent cultivation mode of modern distance education has some enlightenment on the reform practice of TVU talent cultivation mode.
