根据卫气与阳气同质的传统观点,本工作采用甲低阳虚兔作为卫气虚证模型,观察了玉屏风散对此模型体温变化的调节作用.实验表明玉屏风散煎剂能改善甲低兔的畏寒证候及核温、壳温下降的病理变化,从而维持体温的稳态.作者认为,卫气温煦机能及补益卫气方药的作用与机体体温调节有关;玉屏风散对卫阳不足病体确实具有温煦作用.
